Our apparel shop ships to all 50 US States.

Shipping prices reflect actual shipping costs. They are added on to cart total and are calculated at checkout.

Unless noted otherwise, the consumer shall pay shipping costs.

At this time we do not have shipping destinations set beyond the United States.

If you are interested in having one of our products shipped outside of the US, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Taxes are calculated on item totals and are determined by package destination (shipping address).

We use a third party software to determine destination tax rates.

Unless noted otherwise, the consumer shall pay the local, destination taxes as calculated and displayed at checkout.

You must contact Alaska Freediver within 12 hours of placing an order at our apparel shop to make a change to your order.

If you are outside of this 12 hour window, unfortunately we may not be able to make any changes to your order.

Alaska Freediver logo apparel items are created on a custom-order basis by a third party on-demand print company, and changes cannot be made to your order after 12 hours from when the order is placed.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to Alaska Freediver no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. 

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our manufacturing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our manufacturing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs.

Returns

Alaska Freediver only accepts returns if items are damaged or defective.

Returns may be made within 14 days of product reaching its destination address. If you are outside of this 14 day window, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or size exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you must first contact Alaska Freediver at alaskafreediver@gmail.com to receive return instructions. Please include your order number on all communication.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. We do not take responsibility for items that shrink because of washing, it is your responsibility to care for the item so that shrinkage does not occur.

You will be responsible for all return shipping costs and setting up your return shipping. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive returned items.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Size exchanges may be made within 14 days of product reaching its destination address. If you are outside of this 14 day window, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a size exchange, you must first contact Alaska Freediver at alaskafreediver@gmail.com to receive exchange instructions. Please include your order number on all communication.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Sale Items

All sales are final on sale items. Only regular priced items may be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Alaska Freediver intends to issue refunds for damaged or mislabeled products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at alaskafreediver@gmail.com using subject ‘Missing Refund’, and include your original order number.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to Alaska Freediver within 14 days of product reaching its destination address.

Alaska Freediver logo apparel items are created on a custom-order basis by a third party on-demand print company. We at Alaska Freediver are not able to check printed items for quality before they are delivered to you. If an item has a defect, please email us a photo and we will work with you and our third party print company to correct the issue.
